Alta Vista Counselling is a full-service provider of individual and family counselling services in Ottawa, Ontario. Our counselors offer individualized services for youth (18+), adults. 

Alta Vista Counselling will facilitate, explore and help clients to resolve issues that people identify as distressing and complex. Counselling support and compassionate guidance is offered to people experiencing significant emotional reactions to difficult life events and problematic thoughts and / or experiences. The goal of supportive counselling is to help all of our clients create a new understanding of the presenting difficulties and work towards a positive outcome.

Examples of the services that our counselors can address include: dealing with anger, caregiver stress and concerns, compassion fatigue, mental health, grief and loss, issues important to women, family concerns and parenting.
